Take your dog to the vet once a year to have its teeth cleaned
Start by brushing your dog’s teeth gradually so that it gets used to it:
Keep them bright with daily brushing
- Dip a finger into chicken or beef broth, or another liquid with a pleasant flavor, and trace your finger over your dog’s teeth and gums. Repeat this for 1 or 2 days.
- Brush your dog’s teeth using a towel or gauze soaked in the broth.
- Use a fine-bristled toothbrush soaked in broth.
Finally, switch to a brush and toothpaste specially designed for dogs.
Your best friend will have a much brighter smile.
